That’s why Riveredge Nature Center has started a community-based Family Nature Club series visiting locations throughout Ozaukee, Washington, and Sheboygan Counties. Banding at Riveredge. Since 1999, Riveredge Nature Center has participated in the Monitoring Avian Productivity and Survivorship (MAPS) continent-wide bird banding program that studies birds in the summer during the breeding season. A shuttle will be provided between the activities at the Main Visitor Center and those at the Sugarbush House. There will be additional accessible parking reserved at the Main Visitor Center.
